Orders and Shipping
As a company we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible using our shipping partner DHL or a similar delivery provider. All orders will be received within 2-4 working days between the hours 8.30am-6.00pm (unless otherwise stated on article description) all orders are subject to availability and authorisation of your payment. Once an order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail and another when the parcel is dispatched along with a tracking system where you will have access to track your parcel.
Delivery to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland : £5.00
Delivery to Europe & the rest of the World; These costs are subject to variation but you will be advised of the cost before you are asked to complete the confirmation of your order and make any payment.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Any goods purchased must be returned to ourselves at Luton Town Football Club 2020 Ltd, Kenilworth Stadium, Maple Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 8AW, within 14 days on receipt of goods once received, an exchange or refund will be completed, and you will be notified by e-mail, please enclose your original invoice and return form.
All goods must be in the original condition as purchased and MUST NOT have been worn. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded and recommend using a recorded delivery service in case of product loss.
If you are returning and item because it is faulty we will be happy to refund any postage costs to the original card it was paid on.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on items than have had custom printing (i.e sponsor logos or names)
Payments for the purchase of goods
Upon entering the checkout you will be taken to a secure payment system which is provided by the UK's number 1 major credit/debit card merchant company "PROTX" all payments are secured using the latest in encryption standards and follow all rules as published by our bank "HBOS”, following the successful payment you will be diverted back to our site and greeted with a order success message. None of your card details will be held on our system for security reasons and only used via "PROTX" to charge payment on our behalf. The order success message meaning we can now start the process of packaging your order and dispatching it out to yourself at the earliest point.
